Royal Oak was started by Steve Welch (President) and Todd Brown (Vice President) in September of 1984.
During the mid eighties, shopping centers were developing rapidly and Steve and Todd saw the future of commercial property development in Southern California. They decided there was a need for a complete package of maintenance and repair services utilized by commercial property/asset managers and for the past 29 years Royal Oak has provided these services for their clients. Our long standing in the community and our reputation speaks for itself.
